Sugar has been a constant battle in society for many years. We have all heard the horror stories of what sugar does to our bodies and how it has affected the lives of many people we know. Yet, noting has instigated much of a change.

And in most cases, we are not even aware that we are ingesting HFCS because it is used in the production lines in factories because it is cheaper than standard sugar! Fructose is a Hepatotoxin – and this is metabolized DIRECTLY into fat. NOT into energy. High-fat levels in the body open you up to a barrage of health issues!

How does this affect your body’s insulin?

Along with Fructose being metabolized into fat – thus causing your body to gain weight; it also plays mind games on the body. It tricks your body into “switching off” the appetite control systems. Above that it also causes your body to not produce your much-needed insulin – this alone causes a massive chain reaction of events that cause severe harm to your body resulting in Insulin resistance. When your body becomes insulin resistant you put yourself at HIGH risk for Diabetes and a host of other medical issues.
