1. Get back into a healthy routine:

The most important part of getting healthy is following a routine. Planning is essential for a healthy structural life. Failing to plan means planning to fail.

2. Drink more:

Yes you heard right! Drink more water and add some Footy’s to your water to give it that flavour explosion! Ensure you always have fluids on your desk. Footy’s is high in Vitamin C which will boost your immune system and can also help with collagen repair.

Make Footy's Ice Tea:

  • 2 litres of boiled water
  • Add 4 bags of rooibos tea
  • Add 5 scoops Footy’s (choose your flavour)
  • Refrigerate and enjoy once cooled!

3. Find ways to exercise, just get moving.

Go for walks, do some core exercises like Planking to improve your core, go cycling or do lunges on your way to the kitchen or in your garden.

4. Sleep more.

Research shows that 90% of the population need eight hours of sleep a night. Sleep deprivation can switch your hunger gene on, get your rest to avoid over eating.

5. Floss daily

Heart disease and gut health is linked to your mouth bacteria. Flossing daily can prevent bacteria form entering your blood stream which increases the risk for arteries hardening and gut bacterial translocation.

Every meal is an opportunity to nourish your body.
